HDG Warriors Junior Wrestling Program is dedicated to introducing and teaching local girls and boys the sport of wrestling. The focus of our program is to build self-discipline, sportsmanship, self-confidence and physical fitness.
Program Info
- Ages: 5-14 (no high experience)
- When: November through February
- Practices: 2-3 times a week from 6:30-8:00pm
- Competitions/Roll Arounds: 4-6 times during season on weekends
- Location(s): HDG indoor facilities
